HMRC continue to fail the taxpayer!

Following hot on the heals of HMRC's continued failure to answer telephone calls quickly or at all it has emerged that HMRC is taking more than three weeks (and often longer) to answer the post. It is envisaged that pensioners are worse hit by this lack of response.
